The HardTop Hotel team is a dedicated group of individuals with decades of operational experience in high growth, market leading organizations
Ryan Henry, CEO & Co-Founder
Ryan has 15+ years of operational and entrepreneurial experience, starting with his co-founding of RaceWire, a U.S. leader in race timing and registration technology, in 2010. In 2016, he sold RaceWire to Stack Sports and served as General Manager of the Endurance Sports Division at Stack. He started his career in investment banking and private equity following graduating from Boston College with a B.S. in finance, where he ran track.
Outside of HardTop life, he likes to workout, run, and spend time with his wife and sons.
Colin Henry, COO & Co-Founder
Colin has a wealth of operational, sales, and entrepreneurial experience. He started his career as one of the founding team members at RaceWire and was a driving force behind the growth of the business into the largest race timing company in the U.S. After the sale of RaceWire, Colin assumed a sales role in the Endurance Sports Division of Stack Sports. He graduated from Boston University with a B.S., where he played soccer.
Outside work, he likes to golf and spend time with his wife and daughter.
